CERA WALL : is a lightweight concrete wall panel reinforced with high quality ceramic aggregate instead of stone. CERA WALL is developed from TEXCA WALL to be narrower and lighter for easy and convenient installation. It is suitable for do-it-yourself (DIY) installation.
CERA WALL : has the specialty of high strength, lightweight, excellent performance of thermal insulation, acoustic, fire resistance, good anchorage and low water absorption.

CERA WALL Installation
1. Mark position with laser.
2. Insert stopper, foam rod, and U safety plate.
3. Apply cement adhesive.
4. Install panel.
5. Fix U safety plate to concrete ceiling.
6. Fill the gap below panel with mortar cement.
7. Fill the gap above panel with PU foam
8. Apply fiberglass mesh.
9. Installed panels prior to skim coating.
10. Skim coat.

- The price includes delivery within Bangkok and its vicinity. Delivery cost to areas outside of Bangkok will be calculated according to the distance.
- The height of wall panel can be customizable up to 3.5 m.
Ordering CERA WALL
Customers have the option of ordering CERA WALL with the standard dimensions (2.55 m, 2.75m or 3.00m) or customizable height. Quantity take-off (QTO) and area calculation services are also available.

Properties of CERA WALL Panel
1What are the benefits of using CERA WALL over red brick or ALC block? Is it more expensive to do so?
CERA WALL has several benefits over red brick or ALC block in terms of overall properties and cost. The constructed wall is stronger than ALC wall and more insulating than red brick wall. Additionally, the installation process is twice faster than red brick. The overall construction cost is lower than red brick and comparable to that of ALC block.

2Is CERA WALL made from the same material as TEXCA WALL?
Yes, both CERA WALL and TEXCA WALL is made of the same material which is lightweight concrete reinforced with high quality ceramic aggregate. They both possess the same physical properties. CERA WALL is developed from TEXCA WALL to be narrower and lighter for easy and convenient installation. It is suitable for do-it-yourself (DIY) installation.
3Is it possible to drill and hang furniture on CERA WALL?
Yes, CERA WALL has good anchorage property. It is graded Severe Duty (SD) according to British Standard 5234. Lead anchor can hold 100 kg/anchor. Steel anchor can hold 80 kg/anchor. Plastic anchor can hold 20 kg/anchor.
4Is it possible to cut the installed CERA WALL to make an opening, and how wide?
Yes, the installed panel can be cut to make an opening of any size.
5Can CERA WALL be used to construct wall for wet areas such as bathroom?
Yes, CERA WALL has low water absorption (<7%), which is lower than that of red brick and ALC block, and therefore can be used to construct wall for wet areas. To prepare the area, 10 cm concrete curb should be casted and appropriate waterproofing chemical should be applied. Once CERA WALL has been installed, ceramic tiles can be applied directly onto the panel.
6Can CERA WALL be used to construct exterior wall?
Yes, CERA WALL can be used to construct exterior wall for low-rise buildings not exceeding 8 floors. Because of its low water absorption (<7%), which is lower than that of red brick and ALC block, CERA WALL is suitable for exterior wall construction. To prepare the area, 10 cm concrete curb should be casted. As for plasterworks, the panel should be coated with a 1.5 cm layer of plaster mortar, just like typical masonry.
7Does CERA WALL have good sound and thermal insulation?
Yes, CERA WALL has good sound and thermal insulation because it is reinforced with high quality lightweight ceramic aggregate. It has thermal insulation that is better than red brick and comparable to that of ALC block, helping save electricity cost in the long term. CERA WALL also has good sound insulation property, with STC value higher than that of ALC block and comparable to that of red brick.
Installation process of CERA WALL
1Is it difficult to install CERA WALL?
No, it is not. The installation process of CERA WALL is simple, fast, and does not require skilled labor. Tools and equipment are also widely available. In addition, we have a demonstration team for installation training service.
2How much labor is required for installation and how long does it take?
Only a team of 2 – 3 workers is required to install CERA WALL. For an area of 300 sqm, CERA WALL installation can be completed within 7 days, which is faster than construction using red brick and ALC block which takes 25 and 13 days respectively to complete when using the same amount of labor.
3What cement adhesive is used in the installation process? Does it have to be TEXCA Bond Extra?
TEXCA Bond Extra is used because it is reinforced with fiber specially developed for compression, tension, sheer force of wall panels.
4What skim coating is used for finishing? Does it have to be TEXCA brand?
Any skim coat cement can be used for finishing. For example, a layer of Lanko 111 or Crocodile Skim Coat Sanded for leveling and following with Lanko 110 or Crocodile Skim Coat Smooth is recommended.
5Where can installation tools and equipment be bought?
All installation tools and equipment can be bought at most tool and hardware stores. Optionally, they can be ordered together with CERA WALL panel.
6Can CERA WALL be installed with other materials such as precast concrete or bricks?
Yes, CERA WALL can be installed with other materials.
7Can CERA WALL be cut? What is the tool used?
Yes, CERA WALL can be cut using a circular saw with diamond blade for concrete cutting.
8How are CERA WALL panels moved within the construction site?
A crane is used to move CERA WALL panels to the designated floor on the building. Steels pipes or a cart are then used to move the panels within the site.
